Frutaria cultivates flat-peaches of the sweetest varieties in their three production areas: Andalucía, Badajoz and Aragón.
Their consumption provides the body with vitamin A, vitamin C, beta carotene and mineral salts. As with all stone fruit, their flavour increases when they are consumed at room temperature.
