It is located between 8 and 15 metres above sea level on basically sandy land that borders the area of influence of the Guadalquivir Marshes. As the topography is very flat and as it is very near the Marsh, the winter climate is mild, with few freezes and the summer is very hot. Due to its proximity to the Doñana National and Natural Park, the sighting of birds of prey is frequent and there are stork nests on the farm itself.
