It has 6 atmosphere-controlled chambers and 9 conventional cold chambers, plus a cold tunnel with capacity for 4 complete loads. It has two packing lines with 2 processing machines with 4 lines (7,000 kgs/hour) and 2 lines (3,000 kgs/hour).
