It has a surface area of 359 ha with soil of gravel and slate and vegetation typical of low hills. Its climate is Mediterranean oceanic with Atlantic influences. Its maximum temperatures are 40ºC in summer and its lows are 2ºC in winter. It has an irrigation pond and various water intakes, as well as storage and pumping houses for irrigation work.
