The farm is situated around 25 km from the city of Badajoz. The total surface area is 339.81 ha, of which there are fruit trees planted in 65% and the rest in arable crops and natural pastureland. Its climate is continental Mediterranean with influences from the Atlantic coast. It has two irrigation ponds coming from the Montijo canal.
