It is located at 50 m of elevation over sea level on a terrace of the Guadalquivir Valley. The topography is completely flat. The crop soil and subsoil is hydromorphic and impermeable at a short depth. The minimum winter temperatures rarely fall below 0ºC. In summer they widely surpass 40ºC. It has a pond, water intake from the lower Guadalquivir Canal and several wells for obtaining irrigation water. In this farm Frutaria produces its earliest stone fruit.
