It is located in the descent that goes from the countryside of Sevilla with fertile dry lands to the valley of the Guadalquivir. It is around 6 kilometres from the river. Its climate is very warm in summer, with maximum temperatures of 44ºC, and temperate in winter, with lows of –1ºC. It has two ponds and direct catchments from the Lower Guadalquivir Canal. The village of Guadajoz, a hamlet of Carmona, is one kilometre from the farm. This is the most important farm of Frutaria in producing plumcots.
