The farm is located between the municipal district of Badajoz and Talavera la Real (Badajoz). The total surface area is 430 ha, of which there are fruit trees planted in 55% and the rest is used for arable crops and natural pastureland. It has three irrigation water ponds that come from the Lobón canal, on the left bank of the Guadiana river.
