It is a farm with traditional irrigation, with loose gravelly and chalky soil. The proximity of the Moncayo peak, of 2,314 m of altitude, provides a wide temperature difference between seasons, which results in the production of well-coloured and firm fruit. The irrigation water comes from the Lodosa Canal. There is a hunting reserve with a great abundance of hares and partridges.
