Located to the south of the province of Huelva, the farm has a temperate and oceanic climate with hot summers and mild winters, which translates into a wide temperature range in the different seasons. It has two irrigation ponds and two water intakes from the Irrigation Community of the South of Andévalo. It also has an R&D experimentation field for the development of new varieties.
