It is located on the plain formed in the district of the Lower Guadalquivir, before opening to the marsh. Its topography is very flat and varies between 22 and 28 metres above sea level. Its climate is influenced by the absence of elevation over sea level, with which the minimum temperatures do not go below -2ºC in winter, but the maximum surpasses 40ºC in summer. The principal buildings of the farm correspond to the construction style of the typical large farms of the Sevilla countryside and their construction dates to the year 1722.
