The climate of the Ebro Valley provides the product with unique organoleptic characteristics. They are uniform fruit, of good size and good colouring, with a very aromatic fruity taste and an excellent acidity-sugar ratio.

It consumption provides the body with vitamin C, beta carotenes, mineral salts and fibre. Its taste and aroma are increased at room temperature so it is recommended to remove them from the refrigerator a few hours before consuming them.
