It is located in the municipal district of Trigueros and Beas (Huelva), on the road between Trigueros and Candón. It borders on the east with the Candón stream, a tributary of the Tinto river. Its surface area is 385.22 ha. The climate is warm with maximum temperatures of 40ºC and lows of 16ºC in summer. The annual average rainfall is 550 litres per square metre. The farm has 4 ponds and various wells for irrigation water, in addition to an R&D experimentation field. Within the farm is found the “Dolmen de Soto”, an important megalithic monument belonging to the Copper Age. This is the most important farm of Frutaria in researching new varieties in the South.
